Located right next to the beautiful lake of Banyoles, hotel l´Ast provides the perfect location for a successful triathlon training camp. The hotel is famous for creating a very familiar atmosphere and includes a complex of apartments and a separate house for exclusive use of groups. Renovated in 2015, the hotel gives a very warm and modern feeling to its visitors.
Banyoles as a sports-destination provides everything a triathlon training camp needs. Surrounded by mountains and the lake of Banyoles, the conditions could not be better.
Sports Facilities
The training facility can be found within only seven minutes walking distance from the hotel, making it very easy to go back and forth to the hotel for lunch in between trainings. The facility contains one outdoor pool which is covered by a roof in winter and one indoor pool, both of 25 meters length. Besides of that, the beautiful lake, which is located right next to the facility, provides a lane of 400 meters for triathletes to swim forth and back. Furthermore a crossfit room can be used by the athletes.
